Senior Python AWS Developer – GenAI & Machine Learning (12+ Years Experience) Location: New Jersey / New York (Onsite | Local or open to relocate preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time (W2 Only) Work Authorization: H4 EAD, L2S, GC EAD, Green Card, US Citizen Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Python AWS Developer with strong expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI to design, build, and deploy scalable, cloud-native AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Python, AWS services, ML pipelines, and GenAI frameworks, and will play a key role in architecting intelligent, production-grade systems in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Python on AWS cloud. • Build and operationalize Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions for real-world business use cases. • Develop and manage ML pipelines, model training, evaluation, and deployment workflows. • Implement GenAI solutions using LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures. • Leverage AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, Bedrock. • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Architects, and Product teams to integrate AI capabilities. • Ensure performance, security, scalability, and cost optimization of AI solutions. • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation for ML and application deployments. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions. Required Technical Skills Programming & Frameworks: • 12+ years of experience in Python development • Strong hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks Generative AI & ML: • Hands-on experience with Generative AI models (LLMs) • Prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures • Model evaluation, fine-tuning, and MLOps practices AWS Cloud: • AWS SageMaker, EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch • API Gateway, IAM, Step Functions • AWS Bedrock (preferred) Data & DevOps: • SQL / NoSQL databases • CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS DevOps tools • Docker, Kubernetes (EKS preferred) • Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies Preferred Qualifications • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch, Chroma) • Exposure to NLP, Deep Learning, and AI model optimization • Knowledge of data engineering pipelines and ETL workflows • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Domain experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Enterprise SaaS Note (Strictly Enforced) No C2C submissions, consultancy resumes, or marketing profiles.
