LastPass is looking for a Senior QA Engineer: In this role you will be responsible for driving quality within their teams. You will lead quality discussions, test planning activities, and oversee the overall health of their area. This role supports the release of high-quality software by managing QA processes and collaborating across the engineering organization. About the Team: You will join a team of engineers dedicated to delivering high-quality software. The team works collaboratively to ensure thorough testing and continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle. If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you! Who will you work with? You will collaborate with team members, technical project managers, product engineering managers, and architects. You will also engage with leadership to report on the team’s quality status. What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on? Develop test plans to assess feature health and release readiness Integrate test plans into existing regression test suites Maintain and validate regression test cases Create and update internal documentation, test plans, test cases, and testing guidelines Write edge case tests and test cases for complex or hard-to-automate features Explore features from a user-centric perspective Write test cases for cross-team umbrella features Test new features in production after deployment Coordinate full regression and exploratory testing Support manual testing across teams Expand automation coverage for new features or updates Participate in release planning and execution What does it take to work at LastPass? Strong experience in test planning, regression testing, and documentation Ability to write and maintain test cases for a variety of scenarios A user-focused approach to feature exploration Experience coordinating testing efforts across teams Familiarity with automation and manual testing practices Active participation in release cycles It’s great, but not required: Experience in the security domain Why LastPass?
