Your key focus areas will be: Designing and refining sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability of our global sales teams Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss rates, sales cycle length Overseeing the Salesforce CRM and ensure it’s optimized for the sales team’s needs Implementing strategies to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates This will include: Optimize Sales Processes: Design and refine global sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Data-Driven Insights: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics like pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales cycle length. CRM Mastery: Oversee and optimize Salesforce CRM to ensure it meets the needs of our sales team. Boost Pipeline Performance: Implement strategies to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates. Tech Stack Innovation: Help design, implement, and optimize our sales tools and processes to keep our tech stack cutting-edge. For this role, you’ll also bring: Proven Experience: 3+ years in Sales Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment. Tech-Savvy: Expertise in Salesforce CRM, prospecting tools, automation platforms, and other SaaS sales technologies. B2B/B2B2C Expertise: Experience navigating the complexities of B2B or B2B2C SaaS environments, with a focus on both Direct Sales and Partnerships. Creative Problem Solver: You see opportunities where others see obstacles and are always ready to rewrite the playbook. Action-Oriented: You’re agile, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Strategic Thinker: You focus on what really matters and make decisions that drive real impact.
