SharePoint/Power BI Developer Location: Washington, D.C. (Hybrid, 3 days a week) Clearance Required: Active Secret Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $130,000 – $155,000 Role Description We are seeking a SharePoint/Power BI Developer to support our Client’s enterprise data and analytics initiatives. The SharePoint/Power Apps Developer will work with our team of IT professionals to design, develop, and maintain customized Power Apps solutions to streamline and automate business processes for government clients. The Developer will work with business and technical stakeholders to develop and document requirements, define constraints, and identify, build, and deploy best-fit technical solutions, including Power BI dashboards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsibilities • Customization of DoD365 to meet business requirements. • Requires expertise with SharePoint Online site administration and page/list/library creation. • Requires strong knowledge and hands-on experience building Power Apps, Power Automate Flows, and Power BI for creating dashboards and analytics. • Building and managing solutions in SharePoint to customize the user interface (UI), while using SharePoint as the framework for managing pages and content. • Managing the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of business solutions. • Documenting, testing, and demonstrating solutions to government clients. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree and five (5) or more year of experience; or additional experience in lieu of a degree. • Currently possess an Active Secret clearance • Must possess a Sec+ or other relevant IAT LvII Certification • Ability to architect technical solutions including detailed written documentation. • Graphical design and technical skills required to customize SharePoint Online functionality and UI. • Experience configuring and tailoring SharePoint Online sites/lists/libraries to serve business needs. • Demonstrated expertise building dynamic and complex Power Apps and Power Automate Flows. • Demonstrated expertise using Power BI to build dashboards and data analytics. • Skilled using Microsoft 365 suite of applications. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and flexible with shifting priorities. • Ethical and hard-working; able to perform with minimal supervision. • Experience integrating different data sources into SharePoint including the use of Power Platform connectors. • Experience with Agile and iterative software development methodologies. • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse. Preferred Qualifications • Master's Degree. • Seven (7) or more years of experience. Benefits Salary: $130,000-$155,000 Benefits include Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, and PTO.
