As we expand our presence in the U.S., we’re looking for a Social & Digital Content Creator who can produce engaging, creative, and community-driven content that fuels growth and conversions through our social platforms. Role Overview We are seeking a Social & Digital Content Creator to lead and grow Thermomix USA’s presence across our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest. This hands-on creative role is responsible for developing, producing, and managing all organic content across Thermomix USA’s digital platforms. You will serve as the digital voice of the brand, crafting strategy and curating compelling visuals, motion graphics, and video content. Your work will drive engagement and foster authentic connections with our consultant network and consumer community. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales, to create high-performing content that drives leads, supports conversion-focused calls to action, and fuels our consultant network’s growth. Your work will ensure our social channels not only inspire but also deliver measurable results. This role will also help shape the future of Thermomix USA’s social media strategy as we explore new platforms and innovative ways to attract, engage, and convert our audience. Key Responsibilities Content Ownership: • Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. • Produce original content including short-form videos, motion graphics, reels, stories, and posts tailored to each platform. • Ensure brand voice, tone, and visuals are consistent with brand guidelines. Creative Production: • Shoot, edit, and publish video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. • Design eye-catching motion graphics, infographics, and visual assets for campaigns. • Experiment with new content formats and trends to drive organic reach and engagement. Community Building: • Engage directly with Thermomix® Consultants, fostering excitement and providing tools/content to amplify their social presence. • Monitor, respond, and nurture conversations with our customer community across channels. • Identify opportunities to highlight user-generated content and consultant stories. Growth & Performance: • Drive follower growth, community engagement, and conversion through organic content strategies. • Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs; optimize strategies based on performance insights. • Collaborate with paid media, PR, and influencer partners to ensure synergy across channels. Qualifications & Skills • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in consumer goods, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer brands. • Strong creative eye with a portfolio of engaging social content (video, design, campaigns). • Excellent content curation, writing, communication and people skills. • Experience managing private social groups and fostering engaged communities. • Familiarity with social media management tools, data and analytics. • Demonstrated ability to grow social audiences and drive conversions. • Willingness and ability to attend company events, engage with our consultants in person, and capture live content. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while staying positive; a collaborative team player and natural people-person who builds strong relationships and balances multiple priorities with ease. • A genuine passion for the brand, its mission, customers, consultants, and product! • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for community building.
