The Role We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Specialist who can capture attention through both short-form video (Reels, TikToks) and photography. This person will play a key role in developing and executing social content for multiple brands, helping clients tell their stories through visuals that convert scrolls into engagement. Key Responsibilities · Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media campaigns. · Plan, film, and edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). · Collaborate with our strategy team to brainstorm and produce original concepts. · Manage and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. · Design visuals and stories using Canva, CapCut, and similar tools. · Stay on top of social trends, soundtracks, hashtags, and emerging content styles. · Support client shoots and assist with creative direction during sessions. · Work with our marketing team to ensure brand consistency and storytelling alignment. Qualifications · 2–5 years of experience in social media management, photography, or video creation. · Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and Facebook content best practices. · Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and bonus if familiar with Adobe Creative Suite. · Eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling through visual media. · Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple client accounts. · Collaborative energy and a passion for bringing ideas to life.
