Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, targeting platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. • Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely responses. • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity; leverage this data to refine content strategies. • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant hashtags to maximize visibility. • Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure campaign performance and inform future initiatives. • Collaborate with public relations teams to align messaging, manage online reputation, and execute influencer outreach or partnership campaigns. • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms to boost reach and engagement effectively. • Maintain strong relationship management by engaging actively with followers, responding promptly to inquiries, and fostering a vibrant online community. • Ensure all content adheres to branding guidelines while maintaining high standards of proofreading and quality control before publication.
