ModMed is hiring a driven Training Consultant Level 1 to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Customer Success Team focused on training small and medium complexity practices on our proprietary software. This individual helps to facilitate learning for various audiences, applying their expertise to improve the standard of training materials of the organization or client with focus on the improvement of skills, training, delivery of learning curriculum and achievement of business goals. This Training Consultant is responsible for delivering all training methods and contributing to training initiatives as assigned by the Senior Training Consultant and/or Manager. Your Role • Train clients on medical software and the use of features and functions of the service using classroom, remote, on-the-job, and blended training techniques. • Establish rapport; gain and maintain credibility with diverse audiences. • Report software improvements and enhancements to software engineers. • Help our clients adopt best practices in using our solution to manage their practice. • Manage time effectively with minimal supervision to accurately scope projects and ensure that practices are trained on time. • Manage the client training schedule, and the workflow of the practice and coordinates with project managers and administrators to properly execute the training for all staff. • Collaborate with the Training, Support, and Product departments to address training materials, programs, and client launch practices. • Record details of client feedback through the training process. • Contribute to the creation of training resource material. • Maintain certification of 80% or higher on all application material and quizzes. Skills & Requirements • Ability to travel 75-90% including weekends, and provide some off-hours training and support, including occasional weekends. • 2+ years experience in software training, implementation, and/or relevant medical practice experience. • Demonstrates good problem-solving skills and effective decision-making abilities. • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Empathetic communicator with a consultative approach - able to see things from another person’s point of view. • Ability to work independently as well as part of the training team. • Positive and personable attitude with a customer service focus. • A professional, patient, and balanced approach to handling difficult customer situations. • Able to establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with customers and teammates. • Takes initiative in goal fulfillment and deadlines. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Basic knowledge of Apple products including Mac, iPad, and iPhone. • Ability to easily learn new software. • Detail-oriented.
