Sr. Product Manager, Content Mobilization- Disney Digital Entertainment

About the Role & Team The Walt Disney Company is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and collaborative Sr. Product Manager, Content Mobilization to lead strategic consumer experience initiatives for our partnership with Epic Games in the development of an expansive digital universe connected to Fortnite. Partnering closely with the VP of Content Mobilization, the Sr. Manager will define product needs and program manage cross-functional teams across Disney Digital Entertainment, other divisions of The Walt Disney Company (“TWDC”), and Epic Games. The ideal candidate will develop end-to-end consumer journeys for initiatives across multiple physical and digital touchpoints. This role requires strong product and project management skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence, collaborate, and gain alignment across divisional task forces. The candidate should champion a culture of customer-centricity, agility, and results-oriented delivery. You will report to the VP of Content Mobilization This is a Full-Time role. What You Will Do: • Define product strategies and solutions that meet the respective stakeholders across TWDC and Epic’s business goals and needs. • Construct cross-platform user journeys, detailed product requirements, and user stories to meet business objectives. • Lead the end-to-end management, internal communications, and planning of key cross-functional workstreams – define key objectives, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations to communicate product plans, progress, and results effectively to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on project progress, identifying risks and mitigations, and facilitating resolution. Required Qualifications & Skills • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably at the Walt Disney Company, Project Management, or Games. • Possess exceptional leadership, project management, analytical skills, and bring an entrepreneurial attitude to problem-solving and decision-making. • Experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure product success, drive insights, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. • Comfortable navigating a large, matrixed organization to align goals and manage multi-stakeholder relationships. • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment, while managing high priority initiatives with accelerated timelines. • Passion for Disney storytelling, innovation in digital entertainment, and building world class interactive experiences. • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Airtable, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro). • Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding software development processes. • Customer-obsessed, innovative, and highly resourceful. • Willing to travel if needed Required Education: • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent related experience • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
