Essential Skills: POSITION TITLE: Sr. Salesforce Administrator | ? Bachelor?s degree in computer science or other relevant engineering field.? 5 ? 7 plus years of relevant, hands-on experience as Salesforce Administrator with a deep understanding of the platforms capabilities.? Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and experience in customizing Salesforce to meet specific business needs.? Understanding of industry standard system architecture and system management tools.? Experience in Agile/Scrum development cycle environments.? Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. ? Salesforce administrator certification strongly preferred.? Preferred experience with Salesforce development.? Preferred experience in building monitoring and alerting dashboards using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, etc. and other site reliability best practices concepts.
