We are looking for a passionate, driven and entrepreneurial individual to join as a key member of Radial's Procurement team. As ESG Manager, you will focus on developing and implementing reporting requirements for vendors for a wide range of services (like transport, temp labor, packaging materials, etc) and will collaborate with other ESG stakeholders in the business. You will work closely with the global ESG team with occasional travel in North America and Europe. Other than travel, this role is fully remote.Responsibilities: Reporting: As part of the Procurement team, you will work closely with Radial's vendors to develop ESG reporting with support from the ESG team at bpost group. You will develop Radial's program for Scope 3 decarbonization and ensure the quality, accuracy and frequency of reporting.Stakeholder management: You will independently communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including Radial vendors, Radial colleagues across the business, the bpost group ESG team in Belgium, as well as other group companies. You will manage stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively and ensure the program's success.Project management: In view of the scope of this program, you will develop and implement the project plan, set timelines, schedule and coordinate activities and determine resource requirements. You will track progress and take corrective action in case of deviations from the plan.Knowledge and expertise: You will develop knowledge and expertise in Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). You will be key to Radial's understanding of EU's ESG regulatory requirements.Risk management: You will proactively identify potential risks and challenges with the program and mitigate them. You will ensure Radial meets CSRD compliance timelines.Work independently and solve problems: Since this is an entirely new function, you will work independently to drive this program. You will regularly solve problems and overcome challenges to ensure the success of the program.Travel: You will be required to travel 10% of the time, mostly to locations in North America and occasionally to Europe.
