Staff Accountant

Clicklease is dedicated to empowering small business owners frequently overlooked by traditional lenders. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for preparing journal entries, maintaining general ledger accounts, and supporting financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities Preparing and posting journal entries to support monthly and year-end close activities Assisting with general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies Assisting with financial reporting, audits, and documentation requests Ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and GAAP standards Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support accurate financial operations Maintaining organized and accurate financial records Skills Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field 1+ year of experience in an accounting or finance role Working knowledge of GAAP principles Ability to work a hybrid schedule with on-site presence in West Valley, Utah Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar Experience supporting audits or month-end close cycles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Hybrid work flexibility Career growth and development opportunities Company Overview ClickLease offers financing solutions using advanced technology to provide instant approvals and funding for business owners.
