Analysts audit and follow-up with franchise partners and suppliers and ascertain if brand standards are met. Coaching and training may be necessary. Must stay current with the StarNet system and act as an intermediary between franchise owners and the parent company. No direct reports but will provide coaching and support to departments and third parties. Shift Lead This role supports the Restaurant General Manager.
