Talent Acquisition Specialist

They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for the full cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices; update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations Performs other duties as assigned Skills At least one year of talent acquisition, sales, account management, or HR experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable making decisions independently Experience with applicant tracking software, HRIS systems, and other recruitment systems Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Experience in interview techniques and applicant screening methods Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruitment and hiring Experience with a wide variety of sourcing avenues and job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field Healthcare experience Benefits $1,200 annual technology allowance 401(k) company match up to 3% Medical Dental Vision EAP Life insurance Voluntary short-term Employer-paid long-term disability Generous PTO which includes 80 hours of vacation, 40 hours of sick leave, seven holidays, PLUS Winter Break (the last week of December) 80 hours of paid military leave 80 hours of Parental Leave for each birth/adoption Company Overview EvolvedMD specializes in the integration of behavioral health services in modern primary care.
