Technology Implementation Specialist

The Technology Implementation Specialist will help enhance productivity by training staff on various IT tools and ensuring successful adoption of new systems. Responsibilities Become a subject matter expert (SME) on ECC’s existing, and future, suite of technology products including: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, MS Copilot Maximizing the use of ECC’s suite of technology products within the organization Develop organizational change management activities, including planning and delivering training programs to ensure successful adoption of new systems across non-technical end-users and departments Learn and share new features and functionality of the suite of technology products Track projects, communicate statuses to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery of new systems Work with employees to understand challenges and recommend solutions Lead training sessions and create tips-and-tricks newsletters for staff Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for efficiency and improved workflows Skills Knowledge of AI concepts and familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Outlook Self-starter with ability to set and achieve goals independently Curious and eager to learn new technologies and features Strong communication skills; able to create engaging presentations, emails, and newsletters Enjoys helping others succeed Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel as needed Education: Associate's Degree in an Information Technology field.
