Telemarketer (Part-Time, Remote, 1099)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to support our growing medical spa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with past patients through outbound calls, following up on their treatments, and promoting new services to encourage repeat visits. This role requires excellent communication, persistence in follow-ups, and the ability to build rapport and trust with patients. This is a part-time, independent contractor (1099) position, approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls to past patients to follow up on treatments and overall experience. • Upsell new treatments, packages, and promotions offered by the medical spa. • Book appointments and secure commitments from patients. • Maintain detailed call notes, including follow-up dates for patients who request callbacks. • Consistently follow up with patients who do not answer or ask to be contacted later. • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and giving patients confidence in our treatments. • Support marketing campaigns by relaying feedback on patient interests and responses. Qualifications • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred. • Strong communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence. • Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while keeping conversations personable and engaging. • Highly organized, with strong follow-up and note-taking skills. • Self-motivated and able to work independently as a 1099 contractor. • Experience in the medical spa, aesthetics, or beauty industry is a plus. Compensation • Commission-based pay with performance incentives. • Flexible, remote work environment.
