Trainer I - East Coast, West Coast

Overview The Trainer I is responsible for delivering engaging and effective training experiences to clients transitioning to the New OneSite platform. This includes facilitating virtual sessions, developing high-quality training materials specific to the new platform, and guiding clients through adoption and onboarding processes. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, technical proficiency with OneSite, and a proactive approach to supporting client success. The Trainer I contributes to team initiatives and special projects, helping ensure a smooth transition for all users. This remote position demands adaptability, continuous learning, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities • Conduct client-facing training sessions for users transitioning to the New OneSite platform, including in-person trainings, webinars, live virtual sessions, and interactive workshops. • Develop and maintain reusable training materials and assets, such as scripts, facilitation guides, presentations, tutorials, FAQs, and other instructional resources tailored to the new platform. • Participate in special projects and team initiatives that support client adoption and platform rollout. • Incorporate feedback from peers and managers to continuously improve training effectiveness and client experience. • Monitor and support customer satisfaction metrics (CSATs) to ensure high-quality training and onboarding outcomes. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the New OneSite platform, as well as relevant RealPage products and features, to deliver accurate and effective training. • Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed, adapting to evolving business priorities and supporting team goals. • Demonstrate and maintain mastery of assigned product certifications to uphold subject matter expertise and support training delivery. Qualifications Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Preferably in East Coast or West Coast Knowledge/skills/abilities: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Product Suite, Zoom, Smartsheet • Confident public speaking skills with the ability to engage, energize, and effectively facilitate learning in a virtual or in-person classroom setting. • Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills. Physical Demands and Working Conditions: • This is a remote position that requires the ability to work effectively from a home office environment. • This role requires up to 75% travel within the U.S. • The role involves prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, including extensive use of video conferencing and digital communication tools. • Must be able to lift and carry up to 10+ pounds occasionally (e.g., transporting materials or equipment during travel). • Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate different US time zones and travel schedules.
