About This Role We are looking for a talented University Enrolment Advisor to support our student recruitment business and counsel students to their dream college (Multi destination - UK/ USA/ Canada/Australia). The role requires a strong client service background with understanding of study abroad admission process. This is a global role where the UEA will be assisting students, parents, and counselors from Cialfo schools across different regions. You help them make the right educational choices by assisting with their queries, introducing them to colleges and courses that best “fit” their profile, ensuring a smooth application process, and finally helping with any roadblocks in their application. What You Will Be Doing Provide tailored counseling to help students choose the best destinations, courses, and institutions for their overseas education, based on their academic profile, budget and career goals. Guide students through all key stages of their application process — university shortlisting, application, document submission, offer acceptance, visa and other post-application services. Deliver top-tier service to ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment. Respond swiftly to inquiries, efficiently process applications, and assist with any student-related concerns. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school counselors, students, parents, and universities, to drive business growth. Contribute to developing and refining processes to manage student success on Cialfo and within the CRM. Manage account of the assigned schools and build rapport with the school counselor. The candidate should be based in Hyderabad. About You Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Experience 4-8 years of experience in study abroad counseling for undergraduate and postgraduate students, focusing on the UK, ANZ, and US. Prior experience in client relationship or sales. Knowledge and Skill Sets Deep knowledge of the education sector and university admissions processes, including entry requirements for the UK, ANZ, and US. Proven experience in managing student visa applications, particularly for the UK. Proficient in enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technologies. Qualities Persuasion and Sales Skills: For effectively convincing hesitant students and parents of the benefits of studying abroad. Empathy and Interpersonal Skills: For actively listening and building rapport, helping to connect with individual students and parents. Problem-Solving Skills: For addressing anxiety and providing reassuring solutions tailored to students' and parents' concerns. Communication Skills: For delivering clear verbal and written communication, minimizing misunderstandings. Trustworthiness and Rapport Building: For demonstrating honesty and reliability, which establishes credibility with both students and parents. Adaptability: For flexibly adjusting advice based on evolving educational landscapes and offering alternatives aligned with students' interests. Persistence and Follow-Up Skills: For maintaining engagement through diligent follow-up and ongoing support. Authority: To encourage students and parents to share their complete plans, using a reliable tone to inspire trust. Lead Conversion: For turning inquiries into booked consultation sessions.
