We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to join our team. Job Summary As a Warehouse Lead, you will oversee daily warehouse operations while leading by example. You will ensure the team runs efficiently, safely, and accurately to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor warehouse team, providing on-the-job training and guidance Operate sit-down forklift to safely unload, move, and stock materials Receive shipments, inspect for damage, verify accuracy, and report discrepancies Coordinate inventory placement with the Warehouse Manager Ensure accurate order pulling, fulfillment, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging Prepare outbound shipments with proper labeling and packaging Perform and oversee inventory counts and cycle checks Facilitate communication between warehouse staff, shipping/receiving, and production teams Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment Experience & Education Requirements Forklift Certified (Sit-Down Forklift) Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Proven leadership experience in a warehouse environment Strong communication and team coordination skills Detail-oriented with a proactive and reliable work ethic Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy materials Familiarity with inventory systems, order fulfillment, and safety procedures Physical Requirements Work in a manufacturing/office environment with occasional outdoor exposure Frequent standing, walking, handling objects, and reaching with hands and arms Long hours sitting while using office equipment and computers Light lifting of supplies and materials as needed Minimal travel requirements Why Join Us?
