Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner. Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and product information. Process and maintain accurate customer account records. Perform data processing tasks including entry, verification, and updates. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently. Ensure all customer interactions meet Wayfair’s quality and service standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfort using online platforms, CRM tools, and arenaflex Office or arenaflex Workspace. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Previous customer service or data entry experience is an advantage but not required—training provided. Work Schedule & Compensation Type: Remote (Full-Time or Part-Time Available) Pay: $24/hour + potential performance bonuses.
