Your role and impact: As a Business Analyst at WhiteTech, you will contribute to conducting detailed business analysis, understanding market dynamics, and enhancing our product offerings. By working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure our products not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of our customers. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and innovative, able to learn and adapt quickly. Your key responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive business analysis for diverse fintech projects and initiatives. Analyzing industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies for benchmarking purposes. Collecting and prioritizing the product requirements from stakeholders and the focus groups. Developing detailed use cases, user stories, and documentation to outline product features and functionalities. Identifying and addressing gaps in current products and processes. Working with third-party developers to integrate API and SDK products. Providing technical support to internal sales, operations units, and partner engineering teams. Participating in troubleshooting, testing, launching, and monitoring post-integration of solutions. Creating technical documentation, integration manuals, guidelines, user manuals, and training materials for clients. Managing internal knowledge transfer and conducting product demonstrations to stakeholders. Requirements & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager Familiarity with both B2B and B2C environments Experience in fintech and payment integrations Proven ability to create integration checklists and analyze technical integration flows Basic programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript,PHP, SQL) to support deep integration analysis Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and validation Knowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools Understanding of basic usability principles and UI/UX design (Figma) Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.) Experience in creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Understanding of Agile methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills At least an Upper-intermediate level of English Our recruitment process typically follows these stages: Application screening Interview Stages (2-3 weeks): Prescreening call (40 min) Technical Assignment (up to 6 hours) Technical Interview with PM (60 min) Final Interview with Head of PMO (60 min) Job Offer Referrals: Employment and Background Check We offer: Competitive compensation package (commensurate with your experience) Access to paid corporate English lessons (through Preply) 19 business days of flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) Fully remote work with flexible hours (within the CET time zone) from any location of your choice Values-driven culture with a friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity to regularly participate in conferences and community events as both a participant and contributor Matrix organizational structure designed to streamline communication, remove barriers, and promote efficiency Embrace the opportunity to develop your skills in a cutting-edge fintech environment.
