As a Chat Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of customer service and e-commerce. **Key Responsibilities** As a Chat Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark's customer service, providing legendary support to our customers through live chat, email, and phone interactions. Your key responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate * Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs * Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately * Promoting interest in client products and services * Consistently achieving established standards of the position * Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image * Providing administrative support to the customer service team * May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Email, chat, and phone customer service experience * Strong technology skills, including proficiency in CRM software and online chat platforms * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic customer service environment * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces * Knowledge of CRM software and online chat platforms * Experience with social media and online community management * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * High level of adaptability and flexibility * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering legendary support * Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
