The Finance Development Program - GL provides you with comprehensive financial training and hands-on experience within our Global Finance Services (GFS) teams, enhancing your resume and skillset. Join us as we expand from our Costa Rica hub and take advantage of personal development opportunities like Lean/Six Sigma and Automation/Robotics training. You will report to the GL Team Lead. Support basic month end close processes and journal entries using Oracle and OBIEE. Prepare monthly reconciliations and support ad hoc requests for revenue/cost reporting and analysis. Create basic standardization and create efficiencies across financial reporting and analysis models using different methods (RPA, quick fixes, Lean Six Sigma, Tableau, etc.). Support basic monthly tasks (entry level) end processes for the corresponding department. Follow service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics. Create desktop procedure documents for routine processes. Enrolled in Accounting or Business Administration studies in University (3rd year of college program completed). Advanced English level. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including basic Excel functions like SUM, AVERAGE, and VLOOKUP). Demonstrate basic knowledge of accounting principles or forecasting concepts. No more than 1 year of professional experience in accounting/finance related roles. No previous job experience is required as this is an entry level position designed to help you start your career path. Commitment in participating in the program for at least 12 months. Rotations are encouraged to gain exposure to other areas.
