Chat Support Representative-Remote
ProMed Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider in the Hospital & Health Care industry, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual for the position of Chat Support Representative-Remote. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making an impactful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
? Respond to incoming chat inquiries from clients promptly and professionally.
? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with efficiency and accuracy.
? Provide accurate and detailed information about ProMed Healthcare's services and offerings.
? Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
? Educate customers on self-service options and assist with navigation of online platforms.
? Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of ProMed... Healthcare's products and services.
? Document all customer interactions and take necessary follow-up actions.
? Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
? Proficiency in using chat and messaging platforms.
? Ability to work independently and meet targets.
? Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is a plus.
? Professional and empathetic demeanor
