Responsibilities: Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat. Assist customers in navigating our products and services efficiently. Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism. Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively. Monitor chat support metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
