Qualifications: ? Must have Class A License (CDL A) & 21 years or older. ? Must have 3 months of verifiable experience. ? Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from 57 - 64 CPM depending on route and experience. ? Flex Fleet drivers must live within 250 miles of a U.S. Xpress terminal. ? Bonus payouts subject to qualifications. Ask a Recruiter for details.
