Responsibilities
? Create and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet each student?s unique needs.
? Deliver engaging virtual instruction and provide ongoing support to students with special needs.
? Collaborate closely with general education teachers, parents, and school administrators to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
? Track and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed to ensure success.
? Keep accurate records and documentation to support student growth and compliance.

Qualifications
? A Bachelor?s degree in Special Education.
? A valid West Virginia teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
? Previous experience in virtual or distance learning environments is a plus.
? Excellent communication skills and proficiency with technology.
? A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
