? Communicate effectively with customers regarding their production orders
? Review and update data in the system to ensure accuracy
? Identify and resolve discrepancies in received data
? Report any data-related issues to your supervisor

Qualifications
? Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service, preferably within a manufacturing setting
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Education Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent preferred
