Requirements: ? Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 375 lbs (including equipment). ? Able to lift 60-80 lbs and climb ladders up to 36 feet. ? Willing to work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors. ? Comfortable with physically demanding tasks like kneeling or crawling. ? A valid driver?s license is required. ? Must pass a drug test, background check, and driving record assessment. ? Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. ? Must be available to start by 03/31/25. ? Willing to travel to Kentwood, MI for training (hotel and expenses covered for eligible candidates).
