ERP Data Analyst - Grants & Compliance

As an ERP Data Analyst for Grants & Compliance, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, cleansing, and communicating data from various County departments on grant and project-related activity. This position is required to ensure the Oracle Cloud Project will be successfully implemented by supporting fully allocated Grants & Compliance resources.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Review and analyze complex bodies of data.
? Compare and access multiple document types such as spreadsheets, PDFs, and text documents.
? Field interdepartmental requests.
? Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
? Create and assist in creating templates, form reports, and analyses.
? Generate output from single or multiple systems.
? Troubleshoot the processes, techniques, and systems used to generate, transition, and coagulate data.
? Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
? Guide end-users on relevant processes and output.
? Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
? Advanced capabilities in using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
? Excellent analytical skills.
? The ability to work under tight deadlines
? Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
? Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
? Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
? High-level written and verbal communication skills.
