Job Duties
? Answering inbound calls from members pertaining to all public health insurance programs offered
? This position provides first-contact resolution, solves members' problems, resolves billing issues, and answers complex benefit questions
Requirements
? 2 years of call center experience (healthcare/insurance experience a PLUS)
? Hardwired, high-speed internet and a closed-door, distraction-free work environment
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:45pm
