? Can easily hone in on clients' needs and act and prioritize accordingly
? Is motivated by data and goals
? Is highly personable, enjoys collaboration, and may also work independently

EHS sets its small but focused team of recruiters up for success, with training and support provided to ensure you get a strong start. As a recruiter, you are key to our team's success in a collaborative working environment, in which we regularly share tips, visit clients (i.e., try new restaurants!), brainstorm new marketing strategies, engage in training opportunities, and participate in industry-related volunteer events.

Recruiter compensation is based on commission.
