Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Technical Recruiter at Intellect Tech Solutions LLC. The Lead Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting. They will also need strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
?Find and attract the world's best talent to our partners.
?Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including Linkedin and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies.
?Work with multiple partners/positions at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally.
?Develop new client relationships through strategic cold calling and prospecting to hiring managers.
?Build & maintain lists of prospects, focusing on new opportunities while nurturing existing ones.
?Manage the life-cycle process and establish point-of-contact relationships for future business.
?Collaborate with internal HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
?Lead and mentor the existing recruiters and junior team members.
Qualifications
?Bachelor? Degree.
?Team lead experience, leading 3 or more team members.
?5+ years of experience in a business development capacity with a staffing agency.
?Proven track record of successful business development in the IT staffing industry
?In-depth understanding of IT roles, skills, and industry trends.
?Strong negotiating and closing skills
?Excellent communication and presentation skills
?Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other relevant tools
?Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
