Job Description for Lean Production Operator:

As a Lean Production Operator at Kimberly-Clark, you will be responsible for driving efficiency improvements within our manufacturing operations. Your role involves identifying opportunities for process enhancements, reducing waste, and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies. You will collaborate with teams to foster a culture of innovation and sustainability in production.
