Position Details ? Start Date: Immediate openings available ? Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week ? Location: Fully remote ? Grade Levels: K-8 ? Responsibilities: Direct student support, progress tracking, case management, and IEP documentation ? Compensation: Based on school district budgets and applicant qualifications

Qualifications
? Master?s degree in Special Education (preferred)
? Experience with virtual instruction (preferred but not required)
? Active Ohio Educator License in Special Education (K-12)
? Minimum of five years working in Special Education

Technology & Administrative Requirements
? Personal liability insurance must be secured before onboarding
? Independent contractor role with self-directed responsibilities
? Reliable home computer with a high-speed internet connection
? Completion of a basic technology skills assessment
