Description: ? Provide peer support and a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients ? Actively listen to clients' experiences and challenges ? Offer empathy, encouragement, and practical coping strategies ? Collaborate with clinical and counseling teams for client care ? Review client progress and provide ongoing support ? Continuously develop peer support skills through training Requirements: ? Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor?s degree preferred ? Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor Credential or ability to register within 60 days ? Specialized training from Washington State Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery ? Minimum one year experience with youth ? Ability to work with diverse populations ? Ability to model appropriate behaviors in challenging situations ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ?
