As a Live Verification Phone Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring that all necessary information is accurately captured, helping U-Haul continue to deliver reliable services to our customers. Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls to verify customer information
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, helpful attitude
Accurately document and update information in the system
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Previous customer service experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
