The Seasonal Back-Half Days Yard Coordinator at Target is responsible for managing daily trailer movements within the Distribution Center Yards, ensuring safety and compliance while fostering effective communication with DC executives. Responsibilities
? Execute daily trailer movement within Target's Distribution Center Yards.

? Foster a 'safety first' culture through awareness, training, and accountability.

? Work with carriers to ensure compliance with safety expectations.

? Operate Target-owned vehicles for yard audit routines.

? Update the yard management system to reflect the current status of all trailers.

? Communicate effectively with DC executives regarding trailer needs and progress.

? Monitor trailer releases to ensure timely deliveries to stores.

? Conduct trailer inventories and ensure equipment is available for preventive maintenance checks.

? Collaborate with First Mile Transportation to monitor trailer pools and freight flow.

Requirements
? High School degree or equivalent.

? Possess or ability to obtain a valid driver's license.

? Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

? Experience working in a high volume, high activity environment.
