What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Oversee the recruitment, screening, interviewing, and referral of applicants for employment at all levels
? Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and strategies
? Maintain accurate recruitment files and prepare reports on applicant flow and interview results
? Screen application materials for minimum qualifications and coordinate interview processes
? Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards and institutional policies

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Associate?s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Administrative Leadership, Public Administration, or related field
? Four (4) years of related occupational experience in human resources, including recruitment activities
? Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations relevant to recruiting
? Ability to communicate effectively through written and oral means
? Proficiency in the use of computers and software specific to the position

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
? Two (2) years of related occupational experience working in human resources
? SHRM Certified Professional (SHRP-CP) or equivalent certification
? Knowledge of diversity and inclusion strategies in recruitment
? Experience with organizing and processing large volumes of applications
