UI UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our product design team at Suraasa. In this role, you will design user-centric, visually appealing, and highly functional interfaces that redefine the learning and teaching experience for educators worldwide.

Location: Hybrid Role. India - Delhi-NCR Preferred. Remote also works.

Responsibilities

? Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.

? Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.

? Design user interfaces that align with Suraasa?s brand identity and deliver exceptional user experiences.

? Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and enhance designs.

? Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovation to our digital platforms.

? Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.

Requirements

Experience: 6 months to 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product-based environment.

Skills and Qualifications

? Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

? Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

? Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.

? Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end workflows (preferred but not mandatory).

? Ability to create both low and high-fidelity prototypes.

? Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Portfolio ? A portfolio that showcases your design process, problem-solving skills, and impactful designs is required.
