Virtual Receptionist - GA / TX / NC
About the position
PATLive is seeking a friendly and professional Virtual Receptionist to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with people over the phone and have experience in administrative roles such as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or front desk clerk. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will provide general virtual receptionist services to various companies, helping us fulfill our mission of creating exceptional experiences for our clients. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home, provided you reside in Georgia, Texas, or North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls for thousands of businesses across the country. You will need to possess excellent people skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high call volume environment. Being tech-savvy is essential, as you will navigate cloud-based technology and handle caller interactions using multiple screens. You must also be able to type detailed messages accurately, free of spelling and grammatical errors. To succeed in this position, you will need a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, as well as a reliable wired internet connection with specific speed requirements. We provide paid training and assign a mentor for the first 30 days to ensure you are confident and capable in your role. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, with pay starting at $13 per hour, which can increase with promotions and tenure. We also offer incentives for bilingual Spanish speakers, making this an excellent opportunity for those with the right skills and experience.

Requirements

? Reliable hardwired internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload.
