Description:
? Marvel Studios is hiring a visual development artist for early development character art.
? Work closely with directors, production designers, art directors, and other creative leads.
? Develop and complete finished color scripts and production ready assets within assigned deadlines.
? Complete and develop environment designs and graphics.
? Resolve design problems with creative supervisors.
? Communicate progress of work to appropriate production staff.

Requirements: ? Must be comfortable tackling a wide range of environments: organic, mechanical, architectural, sci-fi, alien, historical, contemporary, MCU etc. ? Must demonstrate high-level drawing and painting skills. ? Artists are expected to have a solid understanding of composition, value, perspective, color, shape language, and overall design. ? High proficiency with Photoshop is a must, and knowledge of or willingness to learn applicable design and production software and hardware. ? Knowledge of 2D and/or 3D modeling a plus. ? Strong time-management skills. ? Strong communication skills. ? Works well under pressure.
