They are seeking a Quality Foto Claims Auto Adjuster who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, inspecting vehicle damage, writing repair estimates, and negotiating settlements. Responsibilities Negotiates and settles basic and occasionally moderately complex claims in accordance with business unit best practices Investigates basic and occasionally moderately complex files, reviews damage, and determines reparability or total loss Prepares damage estimates and locates parts for basic and occasionally moderately complex claims Collaborates with repair shops if there is an existing estimate to reconcile differences and reach an agreement on repairs Provides inbound call support and maintains Avaya phone availability Processes claims payments and pays appropriate parties Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process Skills Under general supervision, the Quick Foto Claims Auto Adjuster is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service and attention to customers who have a vehicle that needs repaired The individual inspects vehicle damage from photos, writes damage repair estimates, negotiates basic and occasionally moderately complex settlements with repair facilities, and estimates repair times for rental/loss of use Negotiates and settles basic and occasionally moderately complex claims in accordance with business unit best practices Investigates basic and occasionally moderately complex files, reviews damage, and determines reparability or total loss Prepares damage estimates and locates parts for basic and occasionally moderately complex claims Collaborates with repair shops if there is an existing estimate to reconcile differences and reach an agreement on repairs Provides inbound call support and maintains Avaya phone availability Processes claims payments and pays appropriate parties Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process As a condition of employment, you'll be expected to obtain an adjuster's license in multiple markets All required licenses may have a requirement of being obtained within 60 days of hire You must maintain all licensing required for your role.
